Therapists Confess: Ten Parenting Tips We Actually Use

As behavior therapists, we have a library full of books and research articles that tout parenting best practices. We’ve coached live time-outs, given lectures on ways to effectively parent anxious and depressed teens, and supported our individual clients on the emotional roller coaster that is parenthood.

But now it’s confession time. What does this panel of behavioral therapists actually do when we’re on the parenting front lines ourselves? Do we have perfectly behaved children? And how do we treat ourselves when we inevitably have parenting “failures.”

In this webinar, we will show you what’s “behind the curtain.” You’ll get access to:

  • A culled list of parenting strategies from top parenting experts
  • Quick, actionable steps on how to implement these strategies at home
  • Vetted methods for bouncing back from parenting mistakes.

Every panelist is not only a therapist, but we’re in the parenting trenches with you. If you have a question, it probably means we’ve had to ask the same question ourselves.
