A Typical Journey

Diagnosis
Getting a diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but it's also the key to unlocking support and services that can truly make a difference.

We use a team approach to performing the diagnosis and the comprehensive evaluation consists of the following:

Observing your child’s behavior and interactions (ADOS)

Asking detailed questions about development and history Standardized testing or interview for communication, social skills, and play (ADI-R)

Parent and caregiver interviews and questions

Hearing or genetic testing, if needed.

The evaluation can involve a team of professionals working together, including: psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, technicians, pediatricians or neurologists.

If your child meets the criteria for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), the team will explain what that means and provide a written report with personalized recommendations.

Provider List & Tour
Families receive a list of providers who they can and should visit. We also offer a comprehensive tour of the facility that is most convenient for the family where they can witness how we provide treatment.

Verify Benefits
Before starting services at our clinic, we take an important step called benefits verification. This simply means we’ll contact your insurance provider to:

Confirm that your plan covers autism-related services like ABA therapy, speech, or occupational therapy.

Find out what’s needed for approval (like a referral or diagnosis report).

Check if there are deductibles, co-pays, or session limits.

Understand what portion of the cost your insurance will pay—and what you might be responsible for.paying.

This step helps prevent surprises and gives you a clear picture of what your insurance will cover before treatment begins. We’ll walk you through the results and answer any questions you have.

Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible—so you can focus on what matters most: your child’s care.

Individualized Treatment Plan
A well-crafted treatment plan ensures your child receives the right support, at the right time, in the right way. Crafting a plan means a partnership with each family to build a plan.

We customize a roadmap designed specifically for your child. Because every child with autism is different, their plan should reflect their individual strengths, needs, and goals. We also make sure each child receives structured support to help them get classroom-ready in a way that feels safe, supportive, and effective.

Parent & Sibling Support
All parents and caregivers receive training on our platform and treatment objectives.

Families receive access to a portal to help parents stay informed and receive content and training that syncs and supports the treatment plan.

Families can get help whenever needed through our direct hotline and content application to answer questions relevant to most circumstances.

Families can also access therapy when needed for anxiety, OCD and mild depression.

In-School Advocacy and Assistance
When your child’s therapy and education teams work together, it leads to better outcomes—both in the classroom and beyond. We’re here to make sure no one has to advocate alone.

Navigating the school system can feel overwhelming, especially when trying to secure the right support for your child. That’s why we offer in-school advocacy—to help ensure your child gets the services, accommodations, and understanding they need to succeed.

What We Do:

IEP and 504 Support: We help you understand, prepare for, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan meetings.

Collaboration with School Staff: Our team can consult with teachers, administrators, and school therapists to align goals and strategies.

Progress Sharing: With your permission, we can provide reports and updates to your child’s educational team, promoting consistent support across settings.

Parent Empowerment: We guide you through your rights as a parent, help you ask the right questions, and support you in advocating for your child’s needs.
