My Why

Being immersed within the schools has allowed me to recognize what a large impact internalizing disorders such as anxiety and depression has on our youth. I’ve had a front row seat in watching children’s’ academic, emotional, and social well being suffer due to these symptoms. But what’s even more significant, is the tremendous impact that family and school support have on our youth. I love seeing the large victories from this circle of support and evidenced based treatments combined. My why is because our youth are counting on us to provide them with the coping tools they may not know exist. It’s because you matter!
