Kristen Hayden, CPA, was the former Controller at Eyewitness Surveillance, an institutionally-owned video analytics and surveillance business. Eyewitness merged with Stealth Monitoring and Kristen not only facilitated the diligence and closing process, but also the integration of the two businesses and their respective finance systems after the transaction.
Kristen has held numerous senior finance and accounting positions across various industries and companies including Sparkpost, a private equity-backed business with one of the largest email and message delivery platforms. Kristen spent years in healthcare at the Anne Arundel Medical Center and is glad to be back in a business strictly focused on the betterment of others. Kristen began her career in treasury and accounting functions working her way up to be a Senior Accountant at Fidelity after spending time as an Investment Accountant at Euler Hermes (Allianz).
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Baltimore where she was a Member of Sigma lota Epsilon: Management Honor Society.
